GR-9020 is a new dry strength agent, developed with advanced international technology, that enhances paper strength through a networked polymer structure. It increases hydrogen bonding between fibers while its flexible long-chain polymers improve bond toughness. By chemically bridging fibers, it effectively boosts tensile, burst, and tear strength.

It delivers significant strengthening effects, particularly improving ring crush and burst resistance by 20-40% compared to base paper.

It not only enhances paper quality but also significantly increases fiber and filler retention efficiency in the production system, reducing costs and boosting economic benefits.

How to use

• It should be diluted with clean water using a dedicated dry-strength agent dispersion system, typically at a ratio of 15-20 times.

• After thorough mixing, add it to the thick stock in the machine chest at a dosage of 5-30 kg per ton of pulp. Performance improves significantly with increased dosage.

• Add at a location ensuring thorough mixing with the thick stock,typically at the blend chest, headbox,or machine chest outlet.

• Use plastic or stainless steel for product storage tanks,dilutiontanks, and piping systems. Iron-based materials may cause corrosion and product viscosity.

• Do not mix directly with other chemicals or sludge.

Packaging and storage

200kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 4-30°C. Avoid direct sunlight.

Storage period:6 months.
