The company invested in the establishment of Hangzhou Seraphim Technology Co., Ltd., building a production base with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. It also built three automated defoaming agent production lines and established offices in Shenyang, Nanning, and Zibo.

The R&D department completed the research on papermaking fatty alcohol defoamer and successfully applied it to the papermaking production line.

The distribution of shares to the backbone of the company was completed in 2016. At the same time, Shandong Tianshuo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (responsible for instruments and meters) was established in the Zibo office.
