AFN-30 is a polyether emulsion defoamer, synthesized by a special process.It is superior to traditional non-silicon defoamers in defoaming, foam suppression and durability, while effectively avoiding the shortcomings of silicone defoamers, such as poor affinity and easy oil floating.

◼The defoamer I use always loses its effectiveness quickly and needs to be added continuously. What should I do?
This is often a sign of insufficient heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, or durability of the defoamer. Our products, such as AFP-10X (strong alkali resistant), AFN-30B (alkali and high temperature resistant), and AFW-10Z (high salt resistant), are designed to address these issues. They offer stable performance under these harsh conditions, suppressing foam for longer, significantly reducing the frequency of addition and overall costs.
◼What I fear most is the side effects of defoamers, such as silicon spots, oil floating, affecting product quality or polluting the system. How can I avoid them?
This is the core focus of our product design: Absolutely Silicone-Free Solution: Choose AFP-100T, AFN-140, and AFN-30, which are 100% silicone-free, fundamentally eliminating the risks of silicone spots and oil drift.
Safe Balance Solution: Although AFN-30B contains a small amount of silicone, it is highly stabilized through a special process. While achieving performance similar to silicone, it significantly reduces the risk of oil drift, making it suitable for extreme working conditions where trace amounts of silicone are acceptable.
◼My foam is very specific and stubborn, and generic products don't work well for it. Can you provide custom foam?
Yes. Many of our products (such as AFN-30B, AFN-30, and AFT-40G) are customizable. Please share your specific foaming system, process conditions (pH, temperature), and pain points, and we can adjust the formulation to provide you with the most targeted solution.
