◼PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Multipurpose sampler for all types of pulp, even unscreened shredded and knotted pulp and for low pressure applications. Robust, reliable design. Representative sampling, as the sample is extracted from the water layer surrounding the pipe wall. Adjustable sampling flow, water flushing possible, simple installation by stud welding, low maintenance requirements and few moving parts.The HQYFSH16 sampler is used for manual extraction of representative pulp samples from pressurized pipelines . The HQYFSH16 is pneumatically controlled by a button. It closes automatically by a spring if the air pressure drops.The HQYFSH16 is designed for 0-16Cs, and the cut-out design of the sampling piston also makes it suitable for lower viscosity ranges in unscreened pulp applications. The minimum pressure requirement in the process line makes the HQYFSH16 also suitable for low pressure applications.
◼HOW IT WORKS
The HQYFSH16 is pneumatically controlled by a button, as shown in Figure 3.
The air cylinder (7) opens the sampling piston (2) to a preset position for optimal sample flow, and after releasing the button, sampling is complete. The cut-out design of the sampling piston (2) allows even unscreened pulp with debris and knots to be taken. The straight-through design in the sampling piston minimizes the risk of clogging the sampler and facilitates better sampling.The sampler is easily cleaned by flushing with water (3)The sample flow can be adjusted by means of the nut (4) and is indicated by the piston position indicator (6).At the outlet (5), a tube with a maximum length of 5 m (16 ft) and/or a ball valve can be connected.
