Performance characteristics

• Significantly improves the water resistance and ring crush strength of corrugated paper, containerboard, and other paper types.

• Completely replaces the use of internal sizing agents, requires no aging period, and is less susceptible to moisture resorption.

• It can be used in combination with native starch to reduce sizing costs.

• Has excellent mechanical stability and generates fewer bubbles during operation.

How to use

• Dosage: 1-2 kg/ton of paper.

• When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 75°C. Slowly add the stock solution to the mixing tank while stirring. Mix thoroughly before applying to the sizing machine. Alternatively, use a metering pump to add the starch solution continuously before applying to the sizing machine.

Packaging and storage

200kg, 1000kg plastic drums, stored in a cool place (4-30°C), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight.
