AFK-100 Mineral Oil Defoamer

◼PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AFK-100 is a defoamer based on mineral oil. It is superior to traditional non-silicon defoamers in dynamic defoaming, foam suppression and durability, while effectively avoiding the shortcomings of silicone defoamers, such as  poor affinity and easy shrinkage. It has the characteristics of good dispersibility and strong defoaming ability, and is suitable for various latex systems and corresponding coating systems.

◼How to use

• Direct addition: Pour the defoamer directly into the treatment tank at a fixed time and place.

• Continuous addition: A flow pump is installed at the location where the defoaming agent needs to be added, and the defoaming agent is continuously added to the system at a specified flow rate.

◼Storage, transportation and packaging

• Packaging: This product is packaged in 25kg, 120kg, and 200kg plastic drums, as well as ton boxes.

• Storage: This product is best stored at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources or direct sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, or salts to this product. Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use to prevent contamination by harmful bacteria. The shelf life is six months. If stratification occurs after prolonged storage, stir thoroughly to ensure uniformity.

• Transportation: This product must be tightly sealed during transportation to prevent the ingress of moisture, strong alkalis, strong acids, rainwater, and other impurities.
