AFP-50T Non-silicone defoamer
We are a manufacturer of defoamers. Our AFP-50T is a highly effective, non-silicone defoamer specifically designed to address stubborn foaming issues in industrial production. It quickly breaks bubbles and persistently suppresses foam regeneration. This product is particularly suitable for paper coating systems, effectively preventing surface defects such as silicon spots and craters that are common with traditional silicone defoamers, ensuring coating uniformity and product quality.

Product Introduction

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AFP-50T is a non-silicone defoamer. Its main components are fatty acid esters, organic hydroxyl compounds and other additives. It is mainly used to eliminate harmful foam in paper coatings. It has the outstanding advantages of wide applicability, fast defoaming speed, long-lasting anti-foaming time and good solubility in the system.

FAQ

Formula design

Non-silicone defoamers are typically formulated from a variety of ingredients, including polyethers, fatty alcohols, and mineral oils. These ingredients possess a good balance of hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties, enabling rapid dispersion in water. For example, polyether-based non-silicone defoamers, through a specialized emulsification process, can form a stable emulsion system, enabling uniform distribution during the papermaking process.

Actual application effect

During the pulping and papermaking processes, non-silicon defoamers can quickly penetrate into the foam, rapidly reducing its surface

tension and causing it to break. This highly effective dispersing and defoaming capability helps improve paper production continuity and

paper quality.
