Does AFC-7610 cause silicone spots on the final paper?
A: AFC-7610 is formulated with high-performance emulsifiers and is easily dispersed in pulp. When used at the recommended dosage, it leaves no residue.
How does it compare to fatty alcohol defoamers?
While fatty alcohols are cheaper, AFC-7610 (Silicone-based) offers much higher temperature resistance and requires a significantly lower dosage to achieve the same or better results in black liquor.
