◼PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GR-1 catalytic deoxidizer is a manganese-type oxide-supported precious metal palladium catalytic deoxidizer with a dual-functional deoxidation mechanism, namely, catalytic reaction deoxidation and chemical reaction deoxidation.The modified deoxidizer has high precision, good mechanical strength, long service life and high heat resistance.

◼APPLICATION AREA
This product can be used for direct deoxidation of hydrogen containing gases in petrochemical,coal chemical, metallurgy,electronics,light industry,scientific research,and other new technology fields,or for hydrogenation deoxidation of hydrogen free gases,or for direct deoxidation of inert gases.

This product is packaged in moisture-proof sealed iron drums, net weight 25kg/drum. Protect from moisture, rolling, and collision during transportation. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse.


Is it necessary to add hydrogen when handling inert gases?
No. When processing inert gases (such as N2, Ar), the chemical deoxidation mechanism (MnOₓ reacts with O₂) is directly utilized, eliminating the need to add additional hydrogen, making the process simpler and safer.
What is the general service life?
Lifespan depends on oxygen loading, operating conditions, and impurity levels in the gas. Under normal operating conditions, it can typically last 1-3 years. We can provide a lifespan estimation service.
Can it be regenerated?
This product is a disposable consumable. The chemical deoxygenation mechanism is irreversible and regeneration is not recommended.
