GR-346 high-concentration CO gas anti-toxic deoxidizer
GR-346de is a high-performance deoxygenation catalyst designed specifically for treating industrial gases rich in carbon monoxide (CO). This catalyst exhibits excellent resistance to CO poisoning and efficiently removes oxygen (O₂) at temperatures well below the CO disproportionation reaction temperature (2CO → C + CO₂), avoiding catalyst deactivation and bed plugging caused by carbon deposition.
Utilizing precious metal active components and a specialized support material, this product converts CO and H₂ into CO₂ and H₂O through a catalytic oxidation reaction, achieving deep deoxygenation. Its high activity, excellent stability, and long service life make it particularly suitable for the deoxygenation and purification of CO-rich gases such as syngas, coal gas, acetic acid syngas, and coal-to-ethylene glycol (DMO) syngas, ensuring the safety of downstream catalysts and stable process operation.

APPLICATION  AREA

GR-346 deoxidizer has unique performance of resisting CO poisoning. It can be used for deoxidation of coal gas, synthesis gas, high-concentration CO gas, and explosion-proof deoxidation of methane in Lurgi furnace synthesis gas recovery. It is especially suitable for deoxidation of DMO synthesis raw gas in the process of synthesizing acetic acid, butenol, DMF, synthetic alcohol, synthetic oil, and coal-to-ethylene glycol.
