◼PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
OCO-1— Carbon oxide catalytic oxidation catalyst is a regular structure catalyst prepared by loading precious metals or molecular sieves onto honeycomb ceramic carriers. It has the characteristics of low complete conversion temperature, wide industrial application range, low ignition temperature, good sulfur and chlorine resistance, small pressure drop, large gas flow, fast reaction speed, and no back mixing. The main function is to remove CO from the tail gas to meet environmental protection requirements. At the same time, the catalyst can also be used for VOCS waste gas standard treatment. In the case of CO and VOCS emissions exceeding the standard in the tail gas emissions of chemical enterprises such as refining enterprises, waste incineration, and steel enterprises, the company has produced professional skid-mounted equipment to do online testing for customers and design tail gas treatment solutions according to specific working conditions.
◼PRODUCT PACKAGING
OCO-1 Carbon monoxide catalytic oxidation catalyst is packed in cartons, product specifications are 100*100*5, 36 pieces per box, net content 0.018M3, or packed according to user requirements. The transportation vehicle should be dry and be handled with care during loading and unloading. Impact is strictly prohibited to avoid damage. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid humid environment and away from fire. The product shelf life is 24 months.

◼Please briefly introduce the core working principle of OCO-1 catalyst?
At its core is a catalytic oxidation reaction. Active components (precious metals or molecular sieves) on the catalyst surface significantly reduce the activation energy of the reaction between CO and oxygen, enabling efficient and flameless conversion of CO into harmless carbon dioxide (CO₂) at relatively low temperatures. This principle is also applicable to the oxidation treatment of various VOCs.

◼What are the main advantages of OCO-1's "regular honeycomb ceramic structure" compared to traditional granular or powder catalysts?
Key advantages in engineering applications include:
Low pressure drop: The honeycomb pores are regular and unobstructed, creating minimal airflow resistance, significantly reducing fan energy consumption and making it suitable for high-volume applications.
High geometric surface area: This provides a large catalytic reaction surface per unit volume, ensuring excellent mass transfer efficiency and rapid reaction speed.
No backmixing: The directional flow avoids short-circuiting and backmixing, ensuring sufficient contact between pollutants and the catalyst and stable purification efficiency.

◼You mentioned that your product has “good sulfur and chlorine resistance”. Why is this so important in actual industrial applications?
Many industrial exhaust gases (such as waste incineration and refinery exhaust) often contain impurities such as sulfides and chlorides. These substances are common catalyst poisons and can permanently deactivate traditional catalysts. OCO-1 catalyst, through its specialized active components and carrier design, effectively resists these poisons, significantly extending catalyst life, reducing replacement frequency, and reducing operating costs.

◼What specific industrial scenarios is this catalyst well-suited for?
Its application scenarios are extensive, typically including:
Steel Industry: Removal of CO from exhaust gases generated by blast furnaces, converters, and coke ovens.
Waste Incineration and Power Generation: Co-treatment of CO and dioxins (which can be decomposed at low temperatures by catalysts) in incineration flue gases.
Petrochemical Industry: Purification of CO and VOCs in exhaust gases from catalytic cracking, reforming, and ethylene cracking plants to meet standards.
End-of-pipe treatment of VOCs in industries such as chemical synthesis, coating, and printing.

◼In addition to the catalyst itself, what additional services can your company provide to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment?
We provide a comprehensive "product + solution" service. In addition to high-performance catalysts, we also offer:
Specialized skid-mounted equipment: Modular exhaust gas treatment systems that enable plug-and-play, rapid deployment.
Online testing and diagnostics: Real-time monitoring and analysis of customers' existing emissions to pinpoint issues.
Customized solution design: Based on specific exhaust gas composition, concentration, air volume, temperature, and other operating conditions, we design an optimized, cost-effective complete treatment process.
