RMA-101 low-temperature methanation catalyst is a low-temperature methanation catalyst made of NIO as the main active metal and a small amount of anti-sinteringadditive. It is suitable for the supplementary methanation chemical section of coke oven gas or coal-to-natural gas, and is also suitable for the crude hydrogen purification section in natural gas hydrogen production or synthetic ammonia industry, etc., to purify CO+CO2 in the raw gas to less than 10 PPM or 5 PPM. The catalyst has a low catalyst reduction temperature and a short reduction time, which can save start-up time and reduce energy consumption; the catalyst has good thermal shock resistance and is suitable for high reaction space velocity, which can reach 15000 H-1; the catalyst has high low-temperature
activity, which is significantly higher than the industrial reference agent, and the total concentration of CO+CO2 at the outlet can be lower than 5PPM; the catalyst has high strength, does not contain physical water in the body, has a low volume shrinkagerate, and the strength does not decrease after reduction. Compared with similar catalysts at home and abroad, the performance advantage is significant. It can be used in CO+CO2 deep purification devices for the production of synthetic ammonia and hydrogen fromnatural gas; CO+CO2 deep purification devices for the production of synthetic ammonia and hydrogen from coke oven gas; CO+CO2 deep purification devices for coking dry gas and catalytic dry gas; CO+CO2 deep purification devices for raw materials such as oilfield gas, refinery gas, and naphtha; and devices for producing LNG and CNG from coal andcoke oven gas.
◼PRODUCT PACKAGING
RMA-101 low temperature methanation catalyst is packaged in iron barrels, with a net weight of 160-180 kg per barrel, or packaged according to user requirements. The transportation tool should be dry, and it should be handled with care during loading and unloading. It is strictly forbidden to hit it to avoid damage. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoid humid environment, and stay away from fire. The product shelf life is 24 months.
