GR-300catalyst is anAl203-based sulfur recovery catalyst with large specific surface area and large pore volume. Its comprehensive performance has reached the international advanced level. It is suitable for claus sulfur recovery units in the fields of petrochemicals, coal chemical industry, etc. It can be used in the full bed of claus reactors at any stage of the sulfur recovery unit or used in layers with other catalysts of different functions or types.

The appropriate amount of large pores reduces the diffusion restriction of process gas inside the catalyst particles, which is conducive to the reactants to reach the active centers more easily;(3)The catalyst has high strength, low abrasion and long service life.

The bimodal pore structure combines both micropores and macropores: the micropores provide a large surface area, ensuring high catalytic activity; the macropores serve as diffusion channels, improving mass transfer efficiency and preventing sulfur clogging.
